At Dirani Design Furniture, every piece is handcrafted with precision and tailored to your specific needs. As a custom furniture manufacturer, we strive to ensure the highest quality and satisfaction with each order. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Since most of our furniture is made-to-order according to the client's specifications (material, color, size, and design), returns or refunds are not accepted once production has begun. We encourage clients to confirm all design details and dimensions before final approval.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 3 days of delivery with:
Photos/videos clearly showing the damage or defect
Order number and description
We will assess the issue and offer one of the following solutions:
Replacement of the affected part
Repair service
Partial refund (in rare cases)
For international shipments, we work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe delivery. However, we are not responsible for delays, import taxes, or damage caused by third-party shipping providers. Please inspect all items upon arrival and report any shipping damages immediately to both us and the logistics company.
Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of payment confirmation with no penalty. After that, once materials have been prepared or production has begun, the order becomes non-refundable.
If installation is included and handled by our team (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar), any installation-related damage or issues will be handled by us at no extra cost.
